KCA Teachers Make a Difference

At KCA, we’re committed to retaining the best state-certified teachers available and to giving them all the resources necessary to help each student succeed. In fact, all our teachers are recognized as Highly Qualified under the guidelines of the No Child Left Behind Act. Trained and experienced in online learning and virtual classroom management, our dedicated teachers provide:

• Individualized attention and one-on-one tutoring as necessary. 
• Ongoing communication with students and Learning Coaches.
• Personalized instruction programs and continuous progress tracking.

Within our highly individualized learning system, our teachers know their students—whether they need extra help or a new challenge. Our teachers collaborate to share ideas, information, and teaching techniques with our KCA families.
