Quick Fact:
In 2008, the Colorado Department of Education awarded its first Online Elementary Teacher of the Year award to Colorado Connections Academy's current elementary school assistant principal, Chaille Hymes. Colorado Connections Academy teacher, Peggy Barnholt, won the award in 2010.
