Cooper Gaston
Cooper is a 13-year-old seventh grade student at Colorado Connections Academy (ColoCA). He lives in Bailey, Colorado. This is Cooper’s first year at Connections Academy and he has enjoyed the curriculum more than any other school. Cooper loves running, reading, gardening, cooking and riding his bike. He also likes to spend time outside with his dog.
"Cooper came from a top rated school district in Colorado, but wasn’t challenged. Our family decided to try an online school because Cooper would have the flexibility to work at his own pace. At Connections, Cooper has enjoyed his Gifted and Talented courses. He especially likes science because he has the opportunity to perform experiments right in our kitchen. Cooper has also enjoyed math this year because he has a teacher who makes the lessons exciting. Our family loves being a Connections family, and look forward to many years of success with Connections."
