About Us

Colorado Connections Academy (ColoCA) is a public online school that serves students in grades K–12. The school opened in September 2002. Students residing in Colorado are eligible to attend the school if they meet applicable enrollment requirements.

ColoCA is authorized under state law as a contract school with the Denver Public Schools. The district representative for this school is Chuck Carpenter, charles_carpenter@dpsk12.org. The school is operated by the Denver Public Schools through a contract with Connections Academy, LLC, to provide its educational program and other services.
