Connections Academy believes in rewarding employees for their hard work and commitment to our goal—providing a top-notch education to our students.  A performance-based approach, focused on results and employee empowerment, was a natural choice.  CA rewards those who are successful and have exceptional performance.  Employees are eligible for annual performance and salary reviews and may be eligible to participate in our performance-based bonus program.  But it doesn’t end there; Connections Academy also offers its employees great benefits programs.

Performance-based Approach

Pay increases are not found on a set step scale!  Our approach includes annual reviews, a performance-based bonus plan, career ladder opportunities, and other exclusive benefits that are not offered in a traditional school setting.  A CA teacher’s salary increase is not based solely on years of experience and education; our teachers are compensated for their hard-work and dedication to the families of Connections Academy. 

In addition to competitive base salaries, annual reviews and an annual bonus opportunity, Connections Academy teachers can earn up to an additional 15% of their base salary by participating in the career ladder, a unique career advancement opportunity.  Our teachers also earn work from home days and additional personal days based on their performance.
