Rekha started teaching virtual school with 4 years of traditional brick and mortar teaching experience. She has taught a variety of subjects for grades 5–8.  At Ohio Connections Academy, Rekha was an intervention specialist for 4 years and is currently an Intervention/Title Teacher. Rekha is organized, multi-tasks well, and enjoys using a bit of humor while working with students and their parents.

Why She Cares About Virtual School

Rekha enjoys being part of a new paradigm of teaching. She appreciates school choice and thrives on being able to differentiate instruction to the needs of each child rather than simply forcing every child to move at the same pace.
